Let the Experts Handle Your Mini Split Installation
Give us a call today: 877-772-6639A ductless mini split could be one of the best investments you can make for your home. But just like any whole-house air conditioning system, they require professional installation and support. These units are high-tech and contain many sensitive components that could either be broken or work less efficiently if they’re set up incorrectly, which is why we urge customers to get these systems installed by a licensed technician.
Mini split installation doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, our team loves setting these systems up because they’re smaller and meant to be mounted in strategic locations throughout your home. This process is like solving a puzzle–allowing us to test where airflow might be the best and where a heating or cooling system might get access to the most space throughout your home.
And just wait until you see the lower energy bills start rolling in!
Heat Mode vs Cooling Mode
Ductless mini splits operate with two main modes–heating mode and cooling mode. Each of these works similarly to each other but with one main difference.
- In cooling mode, the ductless mini split runs like a central air conditioner, evaporating refrigerant using a compressor to pull in heat from the atmosphere of your home. This causes the system to blow cool air from the mini split, while cycling the refrigerant to the outside cabinet where it can be condensed and the heat escapes. This cycle continues like this until it reaches the desired temperature on the thermostat and it stops.
- In heating mode, this process operates in reverse, pulling in heat from the atmosphere outside of your home and dispersing it inside where you can feel it.
The nifty part about a ductless mini split is the fact that it operates with its own internal thermostat, meaning you can set each one differently!
The Benefits of Professional Ductless Mini Split Installation
Ductless mini splits come with a wide range of benefits, from high efficiency to effective performance, but none of these can be assured without professional installation. Here’s why:
- Professionals ensure that nothing is wrong with the unit. We inspect the technology as it comes in, and we do a walkthrough when it’s completely installed. We know when something isn’t operating right since we spend so much time around these systems, so we’ll let you know and get it fixed.
- Our team is knowledgeable about the industry. Want to know if this is a cost-effective purchase for your home? Perhaps you’re feeling nervous about making such a large investment. Our technicians can walk you through the finances of the unit, discuss the efficiency levels, and make you feel confident you made the right choice.
- We’re licensed, insured, and our trucks are stocked. Licensing means we have the training required to get this kind of work done successfully. Insurance keeps us (and you) protected in case anything goes wrong on your property. And we always carry tools and equipment with us in our trucks in case we need something.
Get better results by working with a team of qualified professionals.
